Dr. Floyd Hills is the Senior and Founding Pastor of Advocate’s Gift of Life Ministries International, Inc. He serves as the General Overseer and Prelate of multiple churches in Ghana, West Africa, San Salvador, Central America, and Guatemala, as well as his own churches in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, Virginia. Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Dr. Hills dedicated his life to Jesus at age 12. He served in the United States Army from 1974 to 1981, and he married Loretta Jones-Hills in 1976. They have six children together.

After rededicating his life to Christ in 1980, Dr. Hills joined the New Jerusalem Church of God in Christ, later becoming an elder and then a bishop under the leadership of Apostle Dr. B. J. Gatlin. Dr. Hills also serves in various administrative roles, including Vice-President of The Voice of Christ Bible College in Accra, Ghana. He holds degrees from Suffield University and Liberty University School of Theology and is close to completing his doctorate in theology. For 28 years, Dr. Hills has led Advocate’s Gift of Life Ministries, focusing on training spiritual leaders and ministering to the whole person—mind, body, and soul.\.

Elder Marrion Wiggins

Elder Marrion Wiggins is a steadfast and unmovable devout born-again disciple of Jesus Christ, who brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and solid-Rock faith to her multiple roles within Advocate’s Gift of Life Ministries International and its counterpart corporate organization.  As the 1st Assistant Vice President, Trustee Board Member, and President of the Pastor’s Aide Board, she has significantly impacted the mission and vision of her ministry through her exceptional leadership and service.  In her role as 1st Assistant Vice President, Elder Wiggins provides invaluable support to the executive leadership team. She is responsible for assisting with strategic planning and implementation of the church’s initiatives, ensuring that all programs and activities align with the organization’s mission and values.  As a Trustee Board Member, she plays a crucial role in safeguarding the church’s assets and ensuring financial integrity.

Participating in board meetings to discuss and make decisions on financial, legal, and operational matters. Elder Wiggins assists in reviewing and approving budgets, financial statements, and investment strategies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to protect the church’s interests, not excluding providing oversight and guidance on major projects and initiatives to ensure they are executed effectively and responsibly.

Sunday School Superintendent Thomas McGirt

Deacon Thomas McGirt serves as the primary Sunday School instructor at Advocate’s Gift of Life Ministry, USA.  In his superintendent role, he passionately embraces the mission of teaching and living out the principles of Christ-centered instruction, fostering a nurturing and spiritually enriching environment for all assembled.

With an exuberant attitude and deep love for imparting Biblical truth, Superintendent McGirt exhibits faithful commitment to diligent study and accurate communication of the Word of God. His contagious enthusiasm inspires students of all ages to explore their faith and apply it in their daily lives. As a role model, he not only teaches the precepts of the Bible but also exemplifies them through his actions, living a life that reflects the teachings of Christ.

Deacon McGirt seeks to collaborate on and implement a comprehensive AGOLMI Sunday School curriculum that aligns with the ministry's doctrinal beliefs and to provide age-appropriate lessons, including training, resources, and ongoing support for current and future Sunday School teachers, ensuring well-preparedness and confidence in their roles.  Overseeing the organization and operation of merged Sunday School classes, he ensures a safe, welcoming, and productive learning environment.

Encouraging active participation and fostering a love for learning among students through a unique creative and interactive teaching method, he offers spiritual guidance through teaching that promotes understanding and application.  He envisions coordinating outreach programs and activities that engage the broader community, inviting them to participate in Sunday School and other church events.
